Additional Warranty Information

• If your sign is a Mission Series sign, your warranty is for 5 years and is located here. If not, then:
• If your sign was purchased before July 1, 1995, the warranty period that came with your purchase has elapsed.
• If your sign was purchased between July 1, 1995 and April 30th, 2002, the warranty is for 20 years and is located here.
• If your sign was purchased after May 1, 2002, your warranty is a lifetime warranty as stated above.

• How do I change the bulbs in my sign?
  1. Unscrew the retainers and pull them off.
  2. Remove the header panel.
  3. The bulbs will then be exposed and you can remove them easily from the ballasts.
