Track Shipping
A tracking number is needed to track your sign for all of the shipping methods below. If you do not have your tracking number, contact Customer Support at 1-800-237-3928.

  • If your sign is being shipped via ABF, go to ABFS.com to track your sign.
  • If you have parts or accessories being shipped via UPS, go to UPS.com to track your delivery.

Sign Damage
Please report sign damage using one of the below methods.

  • If your sign has been damaged during shipping, you must refuse delivery and contact Customer Support immediately at 1-800-237-3928.
  • For all other damage, send an email to support@stewartsigns.com explaining the condition and with digital photos of the damage attached. Be sure to include your organization's name, city and state with your email.
