- If your sign is a Mission Series sign, your warranty is for 5 years and is located here. If not, then:
- If your sign was purchased before July 1, 1995, the warranty period that came with your purchase has elapsed.
- If your sign was purchased between July 1, 1995 and April 30th, 2002, the warranty is for 20 years and is located here.
- If your sign was purchased after May 1, 2002, your warranty is a lifetime warranty as stated above.

How do I open the sign and change my letters?
If your changeable letter sign is equipped with a vandal cover, it must be unlocked before the sign message can be changed. The vandal cover locks are the small holes at the bottom of the cover.
Where is the vandal cover key located when the sign is shipped to me?
Your vandal cover key is affixed to the vandal cover arm.
How do I get an additional or replacement vandal cover key?
Use the Support Contact Form to let us know you require a key.
How do I change the fluorescent lamps inside the sign?
1. Unscrew the retainers and pull them off.
2. Remove the message center and header and logo panel (if applicable).
3. The lamps will then be exposed and you can remove them easily from the ballasts.
