An important key to choosing a vendor, no matter the product, is the how the relationship evolves after the sale. All too often customers are forgotten - or even avoided - after money has changed hands. While this is a concern many prospective customers hove when looking for signage, they ore soon reassured by our customers that Stewart Signs' customer service department will be there every step of the way.
One particular customer in Brea Olinda, California voiced this especially well. Pamela Valenti, Activities Director at Brea Olinda High School confessed, "When I was researching different sign companies I was a little bit nervous because Stewart is geographically one of the furthest companies away from us, but in their customer service department they have proven to us time and time again that geography is not an issue at all. Any time we've had questions, concerns, problems - all we do is make a phone call and if I don't call the person that has that information they get me to the person who has that information."
Valenti went on to state, "If you have a great product and you don't have great customer service to go with it, that's not a good combination. Stewart Signs gave us the whole package."
However, the true test of Stewart's product quality would be more than she bargained for. Pamela recollects, "Several years bock we had horrific wildfires in Orange County. At some point during the day the school was completely surrounded by flames, and as I looked online and saw pictures I saw a picture of the sign... there were just flames everywhere around it. I thought, 'this sign that we worked so hard to get is going to be destroyed by this fire'." But that did not happen.
Valenti went on to say "There had been a little damage to some of the parts of the sign but the LED was still up and running, still sending that message - and it actually gave us great hope. I called Stewart the next day... they were so wonderful about helping us get the new parts."
She, along with thousands of other Stewart sign owners nationwide, have come to learn the same thing about the service and support received from our customer service department: we are dedicated to our products and to serving our customers today, tomorrow and always no matter the distance between us.
